Welcome to the website of the Xi Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. in Henrico County located in the Metropolitan Area of Richmond, VA. During our most recent strategic planning session, the Brothers decided to accept the monarchal of the "Xi Thrust", which simply means that we are renaissance men who are focused on five key areas: Rededicate, Reclaim, Recruit, Retain and Renew. Those areas have aided us in becoming one of the premier graduate chapters within Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Without a doubt, I can assure you that there is one thing that you will note about our chapter, we are innovative and willing to work hard to uplift our fraternity. Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity develops leaders, promotes brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy to our communities. As a chapter, we uphold those principals.
